The schools are well - equip classrooms and school facilities are ready for any high technology application. They also have a modern computers with the latest application. Expert teacher teaching their own field of expertise.

          While the developing countries like Philippines is not well funded by the government due to lack of monetary resources. The schools are not well - equip and not ready for any high technology application. They have the old type of computers or worst none at all. The teachers are mostly mismatched to what they have graduated and teaching not their field of expertise.

          Therefore, first world countries also known as developed countries,  most economically developed and industrialized nations. Still developing countries also known as less developed, less economically developed and non - industrialized countries.
